These conditions constitute a legal agreement between you and Maurice Hertog Photography and binding according to Dutch law. Upon receiving confirmation of registration for a workshop you enter a legal agreement between you and Maurice Hertog Photography for participating in a workshop. Maurice Duke Photography undertakes to deliver this workshop according to the website and in the acknowledgment description.
Along with the receipt you get the invoice with the agreed sum for the workshop. This invoice must be at least fourteen (14) days paid prior to the implementation of the workshop to Maurice Hertog Photography by bank transfer or iDeal to take part in the above workshop. If it is not paid on time Maurice Hertog Photography reserves the right to cancel participation in the workshop.
If earlier than fourteen (14) days prior to the workshop you have to cancel and the bill has been paid, it is refunded. If canceled later, Maurice Hertog Photography reserves the right to not refund the invoice amount. This will be reviewed on a case for case basis.
If Maurice Hertog Photography cancels within two (2) weeks, the invoice amount will be refunded at any time if there is no new date that can be scheduled. If due to weather or other circumstances, that can not reasonably be attributed to Maurice Hertog Photography, Maurice Hertog Photography have to cancel later than two (2) weeks, a new date will be searched, but you can ask refund if reasonably no new appropriate date can be found.
The delivered (written) information provided before, during and after the workshop, including but not limited to text, images, photographs, film and sound material and software, is and remains the property of Maurice Hertog Photography, unless otherwise and clearly stated. All copyright of the recordings and the other above mentioned elements of this workshop belonging to Maurice Hertog Photography, is and remains at all times and everywhere in the world reserved for Maurice Hertog Photography. Copyright of all other material of this workshop is assigned to Maurice Hertog Photography or free of copyright. All of the above material is protected by Copyright in all combinations of shapes and sizes.
In no way is Maurice Hertog Photography personal or business responsible for any special, indirect or consequential loss or damages arising from the use of these workshops or the (written) information thereof.
Typographical or technical errors in the written information that these conditions are possible. Periodic changes are made to the text and conditions without prior notice.
In no way is Maurice Duke Photography personal or business responsible for any special, indirect or consequential damages or damages caused by participating in a workshop. The participant is responsible for his or her equipment and physical wellbeing. Maurice Hertog Photography will at all times ensure a safe environment and expert guidance, but does not accept responsibility for (consequential) damages suffered while participating in a workshop.
The privacy of individuals who visit workshops, will be respected at all times. Maurice Hertog Photography can, in emergency situations (where the physical health or safety of the individual at risk may be) or if the copyright of Maurice Duke Photography is in danger, in individual cases and with respect for the individual users share information with third parties.
If there is a conflict or disagreement on the implementation of the services offered by Maurice Hertog Photography, will be taken based on the principle of reasonableness action accordingly. Complaints must always be submitted in writing or by email at Maurice Hertog Photography. Within five (5) business days will be writing this reply.
