License Agreement

  1. This License Agreement describes the use of the digital and/or printed items of Maurice Hertog Fotografie purchased by you. By agreeing to the purchase of the items chosen by you in the webshop of Maurice Hertog Fotografie, or via a direct sale, you agree to these License Agreement.
  2. The basis of this License Agreement are the General Sales Conditions of Maurice Hertog Fotografie. These can be read via the website of Maurice Hertog Fotografie and are accepted at every sale.
  3. Maurice Hertog Fotografie hereby agrees to a limited license for personal use of the purchased items, as well as a limited commercial license. This means the buyer is licensed to print or use the item digitally this item for personal use.
  4. The limited commercial license means that the buyer can use the item once in an agreed publication. Wholesale, transfer of rights and multiple use of the items and its licenses is strictly prohibited with this license.
  5. The copyright will always remain at Maurice Hertog Fotografie. This item cannot be used without a clear reference to the artist and is strictly prohibited from use for profitable activities such as, but not limited to, stock sale, photographic competitions, profit through sale of the item or any other way (both in digital or printed form and media).
  6. Maurice Hertog Fotografie is, upon purchase, cleared of all responsibility of damages in any way regarding the use of the item by the buyer.
  7. The digital versions of the items might be watermarked at sale. if you require a clean item without watermark, please contact us after sale and the right picture with the right format will be sent to you.
